It's Wedding Season......

August is very busy right now - why? Because it's wedding season! Yes, it seems that everything this month is about weddings. Just a little sample.....

• The month started off with Bryce and I attending Karl and Noelle's wedding reception at the Science Works Museum in Ashland, OR. It was a very unique wedding reception but was an absolute blast! We were able to play around the science museum and get to know the other guests in a much more different way. Are you able to pull your entire body weight up this pulley? Because I know I can! Can you really place your entire self into a bubble? Because I could barely manage! Plus with fun music from the 70's I was surprised to see my own husband out on the dance floor!
• On the 6th Bryce and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary. We both took the day off which was a nice midweek break. He was nice enough to treat me to a spa day (massage, manicure and pedicure) and then we had dinner out at Papa Haydn. It's hard to believe that two years have gone by so quickly. I feel like I blinked and suddenly there we were toasting to two years!
• This weekend I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding at the University of Portland. Bryce and I have two friends that we graduated from UP with that are getting married. It should be a lot of fun because many old friends are coming together back on our old college campus.
• Later this month my dear friend Venessa will be having her wedding reception because she and her sweet husband (Raul) just got married. It's going to be at Officer's Row in Vancouver and will be a potluck style reception. I'm definitely looking forward to that one because I have a feeling some amazing Mexican food it going to be available. :)

Due to weddings (and wedding anniversaries) I'm full of love this month. Hope your August is as full of celebrating as mine is!
