- Friendships. I got to see Ashley last night and anytime I see her it becomes hours full of laughter. Plus I really appreciate that Ashley has just as much hope as I do. I have a few friends who tend to stifle my optimism and I truly appreciate that she sees the world through rose colored glasses just as much as me. And even though I don't get to see friends like Venessa and Chrissy as much - they are always so good about staying in touch via email or even Facebook. Until our schedules line up at least we still have an idea of what is going on in each other's lives. :)
- Our new president and the change that I truly believe is coming.......
- Kind emails from students thanking me for helping them through Registration. When I get really annoyed and frustrated, just a simple email saying thank you makes me realize that the students do understand how much work goes into planning their curriculum.
And we are the dreamers of dreams,Wandering by lone sea-breakers,And sitting by desolate streams.World-losers and world-forsakers,Upon whom the pale moon gleams;... Yet we are the movers and shakers,Of the world forever, it seems. ~Arthur O’Shaughnessy

Daily Gratitude
Okay - I stole this from my sister-in-law Vale and I really like the idea. Post one item daily of what you are grateful for. I think that with how busy I've been sometimes I focus more on how stressed out I am rather than all the good things in life. So here are just a few things for today......
