Today I had someone ask me, "Tell me a bit about yourself." How do I answer that in a few simple sentences? I think I came up with a super generic answer. Not particularly revealing into the being that is Elisa. So here are a few important things to know about me:
1) I love cupcakes. I love cupcakes with tons of frosting. If I could have cupcakes with every meal I would. While I do like to eat healthy and practice portion control, this does not apply to cupcakes. Cupcakes are the loophole. My record is 7 cupcakes in one sitting. Not the baby ones either. Huge cupcakes with deliciously sugary frosting. :)
2) I still wish I could be a travel writer. Or Oprah. Or an Olympian. I'm pretty sure I stand a better shot at accomplishing the first two. :)
3) I think baseball uniforms are absolutely adorable. I don't care if you are a 5 year old boy just playing for funsies or if you are in the majors. I think the uniforms are cute.
4) I think the best thing to do is to discover new places on foot. Not via the internet. Not on accident. Just by wandering around.
5) Two of my favorite things are walking in the sand in my bare feet or going for a rainy day walk with someone I love.
6) My friends tease me for having "girl crushes." Currently they are on Rachel McAdamas and Jenna Fischer from The Office.
7) Other than my husband the only other person who could make me laugh so hard I could cry was my mom. Sadly I don't think she ever realized how funny she really was.
8) I think cottage cheese is disgusting. That's really all I can write before I get really sick to my stomach.......
9) I can pretty much recite every single line to the following movies: Reality Bites, Mean Girls and Newsies. Make of that what you will.
10) I love being spontaneous. Some of my closest friendships/best memories are the result of me being spontaneous. I won't bore you with the details. Although perhaps over a few glasses of wine I may......
